1 tablespoon NovAlive coconut milk kefir
1 ripe avocado
2 slices whole-grain bread
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, radish slices, microgreens
Instructions: Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto toasted slices of whole-grain bread. Drizzle NovAlive kefir over the top.
